Ramadan Training Is Almost Over, Preparations For The Next Stage Intensifies

Selangor FC continues to train actively at the SFC Training Center throughout the holy month of Ramadhan.

This month, two training sessions were held at 6P.M. and 10P.M., as scheduled by the coaching team. At the same time, the intensity of the training session remains the same as before to help the players prepare for the start of the Malaysian League.

The coaching staff, lead by Head Coach Nidzam Jamil, worked hard to organise schedules during Ramadhan in order to keep the team's fitness level high and consistent. Coaches from various departments, such as Fitness, Arulchelvan Illengo; Goalkeeper, Faozi Mukhlas; and the addition of a new face, Conor Nestor, Assistant Head Coach, have all contributed collectively to ensure training sessions are being held smoothly throughout Ramadhan.

Furthermore, the management has prepared iftar and moreh meals based on the days selected by the team to eat together in order to strengthen the bond between the players, with the assistance and supervision of the Red Giant Sports Nutrition department.

The players will be granted time off to celebrate Hari Raya with their loved ones before returning to the Red Giants camp the same week to resume training.

The management is pleased with the team's commitment. Hopefully, all of this dedication and hard work can lead to future successes in the upcoming Malaysian League.

Selangor FC would like to wish all Muslims, particularly Red Giants fans, a happy Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Drive with care and we hope you make it to your destination safely!

Demi Kebanggaan.
